I use many different modalities to help each person on their Self Love journey. My work with each client is unique and unfolds as we are led by energy and Spirit to the healing process necessary for that individual.

My workjourney as a self love coach and mentor is always evolving and expanding. I stay open to gaining knowledge and education so I’m able to serve my clients and community in the highest of energy.

I have received multiple certifications in my field including Master Reiki Certification in 2021, and am currently obtaining a certification in EFT and TFT. I harnessed the gift of sound healing and have an open channel for Spirit to work through.

Reiki Sessions

The ancient technique known as Reiki promotes healing while reducing stress and anxiety through spiritually guided life force energy. I use Reiki during self love coaching and in other healing sessions as a way to transfer energy to you.

There is no touching involved but rather beautiful warmth that flows through and around you. Reiki affects the whole person and most people report feeling peace, relaxation, and security.

Reiki’s form of spiritual healing and improvement is accessible to anyone - even if you have doubts it will help you. It’s simple, natural and safe. While I would never suggest Reiki is a cure for illness or disability, some people use Reiki in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to help relieve side effects and promote recovery.

The ability to use Reiki is not something taught in the usual sense. This ability is passed on during an "attunement" given by a Reiki master and allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of "life force energy" to improve one's health and enhance the quality of life. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds.

1:1 Private Sound Healing Sessions

This sessions intention is for you to have the opportunity to settle your nervous system, go inward, clear energy blockages, and gain insight within an 1:1 experience.

About Sound Healing:

Sound healing allows your nervous system to reset, relax, and rebalance. Sound healing is a powerful ally when you are on a journey to restore the connection with yourself and your internal spring of divine love.

Sound Healing gives the body permission to gently flow from fight or flight into rest and digest. This allows for a profound meditation experience and connection to yourself.

During this session I will open the space the space to healing discussion, then flow into a short channeled meditation and the sound healing journey, after the space will be open for discussion & a card pull to close the session.
