I was tired of playing small and taking on the victim role. I was walking through this life with a blindfold on and allowing the world to have power over my story. I would take on the stories of others, the conditioning of the world as if they were my truth, and allow my wounds to take control of my love.

I wasn’t taking responsibility for my healing. 

One day I realized I was done dimming my light and not loving myself fully.

Do you know what I did? I gave myself permission to sit on a pillow, and I meditated.

This simple act changed my life. 

What I experienced during those moments is unexplainable. Unconditional love washed over me and through me. I opened my eyes to transformation. 

Suddenly, the azaleas right outside my window seemed brighter and more beautiful than ever before. Tears rolled down my face as my soul's purpose was awakened. I knew at that moment:

There was no turning back because my love for self was fully activated! 

You know the consequences of activating self love? 

A life of service, truth, love, and aligned purpose!

I am grateful to say that I have the privilege to serve individuals by guiding them to connect with their inner love, light, and the healer within. Spirit shows me the path time and time again. My gifted title is Healer and what it means for me to be a healer is infinitely evolving. 

I continued deepening my self love practice in 2017 and through my own experiences fully uncovered my clairvoyant gifts. I founded Rise Up Live Bright, developed The Self Journal, The Self Journey, hosted expansive events and retreats, and launched a podcast called Rise Up on the Porch.

My journey is never assumed or taken for granted. I remain open to exploration and evolution. This allows me to serve my clients and this community with integrity. I have also received multiple certifications in my field, including Master Reiki Certification in 2021, harnessed the gift of sound healing, and currently obtaining a certification in EFT and TFT.

The most profound gift I have received is an open channel for spirit to work through, which allows me to connect with my clients on a soul level during healing. I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to work with you. The journey is waiting.
